Lim Chow Sheng
Mr. Lim Chow Sheng has more than 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and finance. He is currently the Accountant of UBZ System Pte. Ltd., where he is responsible for liaising with legal counsel on corporate due diligence exercises and engaging with external auditors on GAAP-compliant financial reporting.
From March 2020 to March 2023, Mr. Lim served as the Working Director of BSPL Services Pte. Ltd., providing corporate secretarial and accounting services as an ACRA-registered Filing Agent. Between October 2019 and March 2020, he was a Senior Accountant at Straits Inter Logistics Berhad (Bursa Malaysia: 0080), where he oversaw finance and cash management at a subsidiary company. Prior to that, from April 2018 to September 2019, he was the Finance Controller of Tumpuan Megah Development Sdn. Bhd., responsible for financial reporting and treasury functions.
From November 2014 to March 2018, Mr. Lim was the Working Director of BSPL Solutions Pte. Ltd., providing accounting, corporate secretarial, and tax advisory services. Between May 2010 and October 2014, he served as the Accounts Manager of Airserve Marine Travel Pte. Ltd. He previously held positions as Account Manager at BizAccounting LLP from 2008 to 2010, Finance Executive at PT Southern Marine Product in Indonesia from 2007 to 2008, and began his career as an Audit Executive at Tan Kian Tin & Co. from 2005 to 2007.
Mr. Lim obtained his bachelor's degree in accountancy with honours from University Utara Malaysia in 2004.
